Clearview Towing Mirrors for Holden Trailblazer 2016 to 2020

Clearview Towing Mirrors are a full replacement towing mirrors meant to replace your vehicle’s standard side mirrors. Their clever design incorporates two different surfaces. The top mirror features a flat, reflective surface that reflects vision directly down the sides of your caravan. Whilst a smaller, bottom convex mirror helps eliminate blind spots by giving you more vision out to the lanes beside your vehicle.

Clearview Mirrors are easy to adjust. So you’re always able to quickly switch the mirror to areas like tyres, wheels or the undercarriage of your caravan. Clearview Mirrors are substantially larger than your standard side mirror. In standard driving position, Clearview Mirrors have a wider outwards reach of approximately 100mm; a total surface area much bigger than the standard models. When you’re ready to tow, Clearview Mirrors slide out an additional 100mm! An additional extension that allows for around a total 200mm of extension over standard side mirrors.

Clearview Mirrors are also designed to manually fold inwards or outwards towards the car. In case someone brushes past you in a car park. Clearview Towing Mirrors are supplied with plug and play wiring for easy installation when supplied with features replacing identical existing side mirror features. This means the features listed below will only operate as described if the feature existed in your standard side mirrors prior to being replaced with Clearview Towing Mirrors.

Features:

• Electric Glass Electrically adjustable upper flat mirror glass. Small lower convex mirror glass not available. Spare Parts available for purchase.
• Convex Glass Manually adjustable lower convex mirror glass for more vision in your blind spots. Large upper convex mirror glass available as an extra purchase item.
• Indicators/Turn Signal Lights on the outside of the mirror head will illuminate when you turn your indicator on. Indicators are required to be in Clearview Mirrors by law if you have pre-existing indicators in your OEM (Original Electric Mirror) mirror. Spare Parts available.
• Manual-folding base mount - Mirrors will fold manually inwards towards the vehicle working off a cam and pin mechanism. Mirrors will be required to be folded by hand. This item is available to purchase separately.
• Power-folding base mount - Mirrors will fold electrically inwards towards the vehicle in the same manner as the original side mirrors if you choose the option of power-fold. This item is not available to purchase separately.
• Chrome/Raw Cap Covers Chrome and Raw shells are available as an additional feature item. Chrome caps are a dipped chrome covering. Raw shells are a satin black finish ready to be painted to colour code to your vehicle. Chrome and Raw shells can be purchased separately.
• HARD WIRING For any features that require hard wiring, we recommend seeing an auto electrician to complete the installation. We do not recommend trying to hard wire yourself.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. HEATED GLASS feature is optional for Holden Trailblazer LTZ models with heated side mirrors. Hard-wiring upgrade is also available on request.
2. POWER-FOLD This is an optional plug and play feature for Holden TrailBlazer LTZ and Z71 models with Power-Folding mirrors. UPGRADE OPTION: Upgrading LT models to include Power-Fold is possible, however a POWER-FOLD UPGRADE WIRING KIT also needs to be ordered. You must be prepared and able (space permitting) to cut your own hole in the dashboard to install a control switch, KIT NO. 03 should be ordered. It is important to note that HARD-WIRING IS REQUIRED IN THIS SCENARIO ONLY and we recommend the Kit be installed by a registered Auto-Electrician. An ADDITIONAL 2 TO 3 HOURS LABOUR TIME will be required for the installation.
3. BLIND SPOT MONITORING (BSM) - This feature is optional for Holden TrailBlazer LTZ and Z71 models with BSM. Upgrades or hard-wiring options are not possible.
