Some exclusions apply, valid for all states, and applies to ground shipping via standard freight services like Australia Post, Couriers Please & TNT/Fed Express. New orders may be adjusted to meet shipping costs & customer will be notified. If customers do not approve of shipping costs, orders will be cancelled & pending payments will be refunded.
We do not ship big stuff to small P.O. Box Addresses (because it won't fit).
Orders that need pallet freight may need to be freighted to the customer's nearest local freight terminal for pickup or to a verified commercial address. *Additional fees may apply.

We do not approve orders that have delivery addresses to Couriers that organizes international shipping, these orders will be cancelled & refunded.

Melton 4WD is not liable for shipping damages that take place during transit. We work diligently to assure your products are packaged and secure and are in perfect condition when it leaves our facilities.
Insurance is optional on POA shipping costs.
Please be sure that when you arrive at the freight dock or specified location to pick up your products that you inspect it for any damage. If you receive the product and take it home and find hidden damage and you didn't note it on the paperwork from the freight carrier, we have no recourse with the freight company and cannot file a claim.
