The MAXTRAX ROPE DAMPENER has been designed and tested as part of the MAXTRAX RECOVERY SYSTEM. The MAXTRAX RECOVERY SYSTEM is comprised solely of MAXTRAX products and has not been tested with any third party branded products. Critically, if the MAXTRAX RECOVERY SYSTEM is overloaded the MAXTRAX FUSE SHACKLE is designed to be the weakest link, and the expected point of failure. Accordingly, YOU MUST USE a MAXTRAX FUSE SHACKLE in the MAXTRAX RECOVERY SYSTEM during any vehicle recovery. Position the MAXTRAX ROPE DAMPENER near the MAXTRAX FUSE SHACKLE. The MAXTRAX ROPE DAMPENER can be connected to a Rope Loop with a MAXTRAX FUSE SHACKLE. Only use rated recovery points when using the MAXTRAX RECOVERY SYSTEM. 1. It is advised that the strap must be suited to the gross vehicle mass (GVM) of the lighter of the 2 vehicles used in the recovery process. SHIPPING IS POA for large products and delivery so most smaller products

Some exclusions apply, valid for all states, and applies to ground shipping via standard small parcel services like Australia post of FEDEX TNT.

We do not ship big stuff to small P.O. Box Addresses (because it won't fit).

All orders that must ship truck freight will be shipped to the customer's nearest local freight terminal for WILL CALL pickup or to a verified commercial address for free. *Additional fees may apply.

Please be sure that when you arrive at the freight dock or specified location to pick up your products that you inspect it for any damage. If you receive the product and take it home and find hidden damage and you didn't note it on the paperwork from the freight carrier, we have no recourse with the freight company and cannot file a claim.
